TAKE-OFF
To get off to the right start.
Launching a business, a new offer or a new project: positioning, structure and action plan.
BOOST
To regain momentum.
A plateau to overcome, an offer to refresh or a new course to chart: assessment, fresh ideas and priority actions.
BACK-UP
The right support, at the right time.
A surge in activity, a specific project or temporary cover: flexible, hands-on expertise to keep things moving forward.
An idea in mind. What’s next?
Launching a business, a new offer or a new project? TAKE-OFF turns your initial intuition into a clear direction: positioning, target audiences, offer, priorities and action plan.
LET’S BUILD IT TOGETHER
• Clarifying the concept and positioning
• Defining target audiences and structuring the offer
• Building the launch plan
• Organising priorities, tools and resources
• Preparing the first marketing and sales actions
• Coordinating the launch operations
The outcome: a clear direction, a well-structured offer and a practical roadmap to turn your idea into action.
It’s working. What if we took it further?
Your business is moving forward, but you feel it could go further? BOOST brings a fresh outside perspective to challenge the familiar, explore new angles and uncover untapped opportunities. Together, we refocus your energy on the ideas and actions that can make a real difference.
THE MOVES THAT MATTER
• Review of your business and current initiatives
• Identification of roadblocks and opportunities
• A fresh perspective on your positioning, offer or customer journey
• Fresh ideas and new angles for your marketing and sales strategy
• Prioritisation of high-impact actions
• Building and setting your growth plan in motion
The outcome: a fresh perspective on your business, clear priorities and a realistic growth plan, ready to be put into action.
The pace picks up. So does your back-up.
A surge in activity, a launch, an event, an absence to cover or a one-off project? BACK-UP joins your team for as long as needed to handle the extra workload, stay on course and bring in the right expertise without adding unnecessary weight to your business.
WHERE I CAN STEP IN
• Project management and coordination
• Professional event planning
• Business development and client relations
• CRM, digital tools and automation
• Supplier coordination and international production
• Sales operations, administration and invoicing
The outcome: a team that can breathe again, a project that stays on course and a busy period handled with structure, flexibility and efficiency.
My professional path has followed a natural progression: from creation to production, from entrepreneurship to training, and then into business development. Each step has built on the last and shaped my 360° understanding of how a business works.
For over twenty years, I have worked across fashion, creativity and brand development. Designing products, building my own business, managing international production, sharing my expertise, developing commercial activities and supporting brands in the B2B market: these experiences have given me a practical understanding of every dimension of a project, from the initial idea to its launch. This journey has taught me how to connect creativity with market realities, strategy with hands-on action, and the bigger picture with the details that truly move a project forward. I believe in the power of meaningful connections, shared experience and collaboration to open up fresh perspectives and help ideas grow.To me, staying in motion means continuing to learn, challenging familiar ways of working and exploring new tools. It means knowing how to select them, make them your own and put them to work for a project—while protecting what truly makes a difference: a strong idea, genuine emotion and the human touch. You may have noticed that I love drawing parallels between my work and the world of surfing. More than an inspiration, it is a philosophy I bring to every project: observe, find the right angle, choose your line, adapt to the movement… and then take off.
Back-up Studio Conseil was born from this approach: bringing you a fresh perspective, wide-ranging experience and the right momentum to turn your ideas into action.
